Shipping policy

Orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.

We may hold orders placed later in the week until the following shipping day to help ensure product quality upon arrival.

Products are shipped frozen in insulated packaging. While products may arrive partially thawed, they are safe to refrigerate or refreeze if still cold to the touch.

We currently ship within the continental United States.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order ships.
